Otto and I were married on July 27, 1979. I have worked for Clemson University for 32 years now. I actually retired in 2003, but was rehired 2 days later into my old job with the Director's Office for the Cooperative Extension Service and am still there.
Otto works as a programmer with the CU Information Technology Department.
Our daughter, Toni, graduated from Tri-County Technical College in 2008 and has been working for Clemson University for the past two years. She was married on Valentine's Day in 2009 to Michael Crocker.
Our son, Jesse, works at Walmart full-time and attends Tri-County on a part-time basis. He and his girlfriend, Jessica, stay busy with her three children -- Cassody, Elijah, and Zachary. |

I won tickets last year to a special taping of Kellie Pickler at the CMA Festival in Nashville. My sister went with me. You can see how close we were to the stage for the taping. The taping was aired on a special ABC program last year.
